We are looking for a leading hand, to lead our packing room team. This position would suit a person looking to step-up into a supervisory role or who is already leading a team. This role will play a major part in our growing production team to ensure our plant runs smoothly.
The successful applicant will:
- Be available for day shift, Monday to Friday
- Have fresh meat or produce experience
- Supervisor experience desired, but not essential as training will be given
- Have a good understanding of quality processes in a food manufacturing environment.
- Be a team player
- Have good problem solving skills
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a self-motivated person with a passion to learn
- Demonstrate a positive work ethic and be a team player
- Be looking for long term employment
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
