ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands on leadership role and involves heavy lifting and motivating a team. You also get the chance to see the smiling faces of our customers as you are the one assisting them to pick up their products.
Our Warehouse Manager’s lead teams between 3 to 10 people, charged with planning the workflow and fostering a fun team environment. Effective communication skills are essential as we drive real leadership with this position

We seek a manager who has 3-5 years in a Warehouse Management or Team Leader role, where coaching, mentoring, customer service and managing inventory are part of your day.
We work in a safety focused environment and have a “no excuse” culture. Our team work over a 7 day week roster and we reward them well.
Current Forklift license essential.
