We are the Australian manufacturing division of a large global company that supplies products to industries such as mining, water, resources and oil and gas.
Our products are high quality and engineered to high standards. Every product is tested and certified before it leaves the factory.
As a result of a growth program on site, we are looking for a hands on Lean specialist to run the Lean program at the site.
We have a strong history of quality certification and have been lean practitioners for the past six years, so you are moving in where there are established processes and controls.
You role will be to continue the lean program and look for further efficiencies in the business. You will focus on:
- Lean leadership
- Lean strategy and planning
- Organisational change
- Process development
- Lean auditing
To be successful you will have to have a strong background in lean management and also ideally in manufacturing. You will be used to working from shop floor to senior management.
Your style will be practical, organised and assist us on our lean journey to continue first class production and logistics.
