A great opportunity exists for you to join the Pickles team as an Booking in Floor Staff at our Archerfield branch.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your major responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the stock control of vehicles, trucks and machinery on arrival.
- Ensure all items are booked in, valued, photographed and uploaded within required deadlines;
- Ensure all items are well presented for viewing and the floor is set prior to auction in a timely and efficient manner;
- Operating our forklift moving items as required to allocated areas; and
- Deliver outstanding service to vendors and buyers.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Customer service focused and experience working in a customer service environment
- A strong commitment to safety
- Good communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to meet quality standards and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast paced environment;
- Sound knowledge of vehicles, trucks and machinery;
- A current manual driver's licence; and
- Forklift licence is preferred
