We employ over 60 staff within the company in Melbourne and Sydney and we strongly believe the success of the business has been because of the people we have. 

We are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join our distribution centre in Altona. Reporting to the General Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the logistics operation to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Running the Logistics team based in Altona VIC (internal team and contractor team)
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of your department including; recruitment, training, profit and loss responsibilities and customer satisfaction KPI.
• Liaise with retail store network as well as customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Liaise with Receiving and Dispatch team.   
• Monitoring team KPI and investigating any anomalies
• Responding to enquiries and issues raised by customers, stores and senior management
• Attending regular meetings to report on the status and progress KPI’s

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in warehousing, distribution or similar fields.
• Proven success in leadership roles
• Effective communication skills
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in any discipline will be highly regarded.
