About the role
This long-established company is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of specialised ingredients to a range of much loved food products. They have a longstanding commitment to customer care and satisfaction, quality and innovation. Due to the high demand from their loyal customers, an outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced and hardworking forklift driver. This role is responsible for picking products, measuring ingredients, machine operating and batching of products. This position will begin as an ongoing casual role, working 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday. There is the opportunity to move into a permanent position after an initial 3-month period.
To be considered for this role, you require:
- A proactive, self-reliant attitude
- Forklift licence with Reach experience
- Food Production and Batching experience is highly regarded - but not essential
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Be flexible amongst both Day and Afternoon Shift
