• Key role in Port of Brisbane based Logistics business

The culture within the business is focused around compliance, innovation, service delivery and efficiency.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic worker to join us as a Nightshift Fleet Allocator to contribute to our business. This position reports directly to the Transport Operations Manager.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Manage and supervise defined fleet operations on resource and service requirements whilst maintaining a compliant and efficient supply chain 
• Maintain constant communication streams with staff on various operational and OHS requirements
• Manage and communicate expectation in regard to Company Policy, Procedures and processes to all staff within sphere of control.
• Actively participate in the constant improvement process adopted by Qube to ensure its position as market leader
• Allocate jobs 'live' through our internal operating system (Maximas).

The key skills and experience required for this role include:

• Possess excellent motivational and communication skills and have an ability to work to achieve results
• Subject to regular drug and alcohol testing as per company policies and procedures
• An understanding of Microsoft with basic computer skills
• Individual needs to have a disciplined work ethic and an ability to manage multiple tasks and delegation at the same time

Previous experience in a logistics business is not essential however would provide a distinct advantage.
