  • Manage the fast and efficient movement of merchandise in our store to customers - for wherever and however they choose to shop.

Internally known as the Merchandise Support Manager, oversee the seamless movement of merchandise from the dock to floor, and the efficient fulfilment of online orders, the Merchandise Support Manager makes a substantial contribution to their customers’ experience.

About the role:

  • Drive a high performance, customer focused, service and selling culture with an understanding of how merchandise logistics and fulfilment activities can impact on this
  • Manage all daily activities of the logistics and fulfilment teams in accordance with defined standards to optimise productivity and achievements of metrics
  • Monitor and manage financial performance and allocation of resources against forecasts, budgets and plans
  • With a mindset of continuous improvement, work in a way to implement more simple and efficient logistics and fulfilment processes
  • Lead, empower, coach and develop your team to realise their potential and deliver best practice logistics and fulfilment

About you:

  • The ability to utilise data to make informed decisions will be critical for this role
  • Demonstrated experience in utilising data to make informed decisions will be critical for this role
  • The ability to lead, empower, coach and develop team members and hold them accountable
