Aircraft Maintenance Centre (AMC) is located at Illawarra Airport, approx. 20mins South of Wollongong, NSW and are currently seeking suitably experienced candidates to apply for the position of Aircraft Stores Administrator.

This is a fulltime position operating Monday - Friday and is a great opportunity to join a professional and energetic company operating under the ASX listed Experience Co group of companies, with an immediate start date available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely receipt and warehousing of inward / outward goods 

* Inventory ordering and parts Distribution 

* Accounts reconciliation

* Aerotrack MRO Data entry and record keeping

* Staff Travel Bookings; flights, accommodation & vehicle hire etc

* Fortnightly payroll

* Raising and processing of internal and external client invoices and accounts / invoice reconciliation

* Coordination of AMC Purchase Order submission and reconciliation

* Data Entry for maintenance related systems including Aerotrack MRO

Key Attributes Required:

* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

* Highly organised and possess great time management skills and has a strong eye for detail

* Minimum of two years working within an administration position

* Previous experience with warehousing stock handling

* Exhibits drive to find the best solution to every problem

* Ability to work as a team and individually with minimal supervision

* High attention to detail and able to complete tasks in a timely fashion in their entirety

* Show initiative and driven to succeed

* Be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn and adapt

* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs

 

Previous experience with Aerotrack MRO will be a definite advantage and applicants must currently have the right to live and work in Australia.
