Bus Mechanic
Long standing family business Moreland Bus is seeking a Bus Mechanic to join our workshop team conducting all aspects of fleet maintenance on our Buses.
The full time position will be based at our Brunswick Depot and involves hands on mechanical duties including all aspect of bus repairs and maintenance.
The position is a 38 hour week with overtime opportunities. This is a day time position with staggered starts working Monday – Friday. Monday hours are 5.30–14.00 or 8.30 - 17.00. Tuesday to Friday hours are 5.30 - 13.30 or 9.00 - 17.00.
The successful applicant must:
- be a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic;
- have experience in Heavy vehicle maintenance;
- be hands on;
- work well under pressure;
- have own hand tools
- preferably be proficient in bus electronics;
- preferably hold a heavy vehicle driver's licence.
