Powell Industrial is the largest independently owned Industrial Hose and Hydraulics distributor in Australia with branches throughout the country.
Reporting to the Sales Manager at our Deer Park Branch an excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, service focused and hard working Warehouse person to join our Distribution team.
You are expected to be capable of working with a variety of staff so good communication skills are necessary.
Responsibilities include

Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods

Picking, packing and despatch of goods

Completion of associated paperwork

Assisting with stocktakes and stock management

Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods
Skills and Experience
- Current Forklift Ticket desirable

Manual Drivers License

A strong work ethic

Motivation to provide high quality service delivery

Strong attention to detail

Participate as a willing and productive member of the team

Good computer skills

Commitment to improving product knowledge and other skills in the industry.
Experience in the Industrial Hose and fittings or similar background will be highly regarded, but not essential.
