With continued growth across the ANZ region they now seek a highly motivated and dynamic Account Manager to drive performance, retain key accounts and ensure future business profitability.
Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, your new role will see you manage some of the business' key accounts, with particular focus on a blue chip national player. Whilst you will work closely with the operations to improve cost and service delivery, your primary responsibilities will be of a more commercial nature and will see you focusing on revenue and renewal strategies. As the main point of contact for customers, you will be tasked with building extremely strong relationships with senior stakeholders thus ensuring expectations are managed with consideration of the contractual agreements. Internally, you will be both proactive and dynamic in your approach, working closely with the Business Manager, Operations Manager, and wider team at the company's large site in Melbourne's Western suburbs.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this position you will be a strong communicator that has a proven track record in managing stakeholders across all levels and securing favorable business outcomes. You will be experienced in 3PL with a strong operational and commercial background. Specifically, comprehensive knowledge around cost levers, optimal service delivery, revenue and 3PL contracts, and customer renewal strategies will be paramount to your success in this position.
