Your Impact

Located in our brand-new, fully automated DC and reporting directly to the Automation & Systems Lead, you’ll provide critical support on the operation of SAP & ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), ensuring minimal downtime and developing enhanced system functionalities.

As the subject matter expert for our systems, you’ll partner closely with a variety of key internal and external stakeholder across the DC itself, HO and suppliers, establishing and maintaining continuous improvements as well as providing technical and architectural guidance and support.

Intrigued? A few other responsibilities include:

• System optimisation including investigation and root cause analysis and CI projects
• Analysing improvement areas within the ASRS to provide input on system improvement
• Testing and supporting installation of Supply Chain solutions (WM/SAP/Interfaces) and upgrade
• Developing, implementing and supporting projects assigned to third-party solution providers as well as managing existing service agreements/contracts
• Supporting a variety of internal customers with system queries, issues and fixes

About You

We’re looking for someone with a sound understanding of warehouse management systems, but who’s equally comfortable breaking down the technical jargon to us mere mortals as they are getting in depth with our IT team. We’re big on teamwork around here, so you’ll need to enjoy pitching in to help others as needed but still be happy to drive your own role.

Sound like you? Other pieces of the puzzle that will set you up to succeed include:

• Previous experience in warehousing is essential with FMCG experience preferred
• Solid SAP knowledge as well as an understanding of MS Access Databases, Visual Basic/VBA and SQL
• A solutions focused approach with demonstrated diagnostics and root cause analysis experience
• Strong analytics and system support experience
• An open and honest communication style with the ability to adjust your approach to suit the audience
