The Role
Reporting to the Operations & Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the operations of our Darwin depot – with particular emphasis on coordinating operations for legislative requirements, our vehicles, tours, and staff. The role has a heavy focus on rostering and ensuring we are getting the best out of our staff, whilst ensuring we remain compliant. Working with a tight knit office team, you will be part of a rotating roster to ensure the wheels of our coaches keep turning!
The Candidate
With the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with our varied staff base. A team orientated mentality will distinguish the ideal candidate; however the ability to work autonomously will also be highly valued.A candidate that holds their HR drivers license and H endorsement is highly desirable.
Overall we are looking for someone with excellent time management skills who are able to develop our organisational capabilities and ensure top quilt service for our tour staff and guests.
