Our client, a leading manufacturer of professional grade potting mix, fertilisers and horticulture products are currently seeking a Loader Operator / Leading Hand based in Tyabb. You will be responsible for all aspects of afternoon shift including Safety, Quality, Productivity and Staff compliance to all company polices & procedures.
The hours for this role will be Monday - Thursday 1.30pm until 10pm and Friday 11am - 5pm.
Duties will include:
- Mill and screening operations
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Product mixing
- Machine maintenance
- General labouring and housekeeping
You will also be required to be flexible to perform other duties including packing, machine & forklift operation depending on customer demand & quiet periods throughout the year.
Applicants must possess experience in Supervising staff, loader operations and hold a current front end loader & forklift licence.
