Our client is an International Freight Forwarder with Global offices with a reputation that is built on exceptional Customer Service and progressive Logistics solutions to a variety of sectors and industries.

They are looking for a self motivated, energetic individual to join their dynamic and friendly team within Client Services.
  
Responsibilities of the role include:

• Interacting with customers on a daily basis either via phone or email.
• Maintaining high service level agreements for a portfolio of Customers and attending to their cargo enquiries
• Status Reports and follow ups
• Bookings and pre-alerts
• Order Management and Tracking
• Develop and implement and maintain existing SOP's inconjunction with Account Managers
• Follow up calls and building new and professional relationships with Customers

We are looking for those with a bubbly personality, who enjoys speaking with Customers and coordinating their Cargo requirements. We are looking for excellent written and verbal communications skills along with a high work ethic and a team player. A positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail is vital. Previous experience within and Freight Forwarding is ESSENTIAL. Those with no Freight Forwarding experience WILL NOT be considered. This role requires a thorough knowledge of Freight Forwarding processes and terminology.
