Warehouse Assistant
To coordinate all administrative tasks/functions to ensure smooth operating warehouse environment.
Is the Gatekeeper for all Raw material deliveries from the 3PL, who works closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Distribution Coordinator, QRO, and Warehouse Team.
Duties:
- Run (SAP Pull List) Raw material requirements for production orders
- Check on site locations for raw material stock required for production.
- Create and distribute pick list for production orders
- Works closely with Warehouse personnel on scheduling pick requirements for Production
- Print daily delivery report
- Monitor SAP Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders and Deliveries
- Assist in Allocation of staff to unload trucks
- Assist in Creating Non-Inventory Purchase orders & Goods receipting via SAP
- Generate System Guided cycle counts assist with recording and graphing inventory accuracy of onsite warehouse
- Communicate and follow up on raw materials requirements from 3PL
- Enter pallet dockets, manage and reconcile pallet accounts for Loscam and Chep
- Receive information from 3PL to receipt in products from copackers and consume raw materials on copacker order.
- Review Warehouse Corrective actions weekly and track open actions with Warehouse Team Leader
- Daily SAP Housekeeping
- File warehouse documents.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Experience within the warehousing environment
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Must be able to uphold OHS policies and procedures
- Must have SAP experience
- Must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident
