The Position
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an autonomous role where you will be servicing a number of machines at different sites. This position is not only a hands on role but has a large competent of customer care and some sales. The servicing component includes maintaining and cleaning of parts cleaning sinks, turbo wash machines and spray gun cleaning machines as well as workshop and industrial collections. - Allied product sales – relevant additional products and services
- Pre start checks and post run checks
- Completion of service documentation and recording of serial numbers and chemical used
- Serving, maintain and cleaning of parts-washers, parts cleaning sinks, turbowash and spray gun machines
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Industrial collections
Skills and experience
Appropriate training will be provided to the right person, as a minimum for this opportunity you will require a Minimum MR license and have experience with basic fault diagnosis. You will also require the following…
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Drivers licence – Minimum MR
- Basic trouble shooting abilities
- Ability to use MS Office package
- Good communication both verbal and written
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong customer service ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to sell value added products
- Dangerous goods and forklift licence would be highly regarded
