Our client, a supplier of quality commercial office furniture and office products, is looking to employ MR licensed Truck Drivers in a on going casual role leading to permanent for right candidate.

Working an approx. 42-hour week Monday to Friday, the working hours are between 7:00am and 4:30pm.

Reporting directly to the Logistics’ Manager, the successful candidate’s key duties will include, but not limited to:

• Delivery of flat pack office furniture to commercial customers (approx. 16 drop offs a day)
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and potential customers
• Working in unison with a Truck Jockey to ensure smooth and timely delivery

This position is an integral part of the team and crucial to the core business.

This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and work ethic; someone who can work to set timeframes and who ultimately understands the value of their employer’s customers.

The successful candidate must possess the following;

• MR Licence or higher
• Ability to promote a positive attitude towards Health and Safety
• Current Driver licence with reliable own transportation
• Excellent communication with sound attention to detail and organisational skills
• Work to set timeframes
