Teys Wagga currently employs over 950 full time employees at the Bomen site, just a 10 minute drive from Wagga Wagga CBD (New South Wales).

About the Role

• Permanent full time roles, based on a 38 hour week
• Impeccable health, safety and welfare practices in place to protect all employees with all Personal Protective Equipment will be provided.
• Day shift (06:00am – 02:50pm) to allow for excellent work-life balance
• Onsite Supervisors and Trainers to provide full training and ongoing support
• Pay grades tiered based on your experience and ability 
• Potential for personal and professional development through further education and qualifications, Certificates, Diplomas and apprenticeships available

A Closer Look at Labouring

As a labourer you will be expected to complete tasks including, but not limited to:

• Picking (separating meat products)
• Packing
• Floor person (rubbish removal)
• Carton lining and handling

This position will involve the handling of meat products.

About You

• No prior experience is necessary, entry level applicants are welcomed
• Pay grades based on your experience and ability. More experienced and skilled applicants are also welcomed.
• Q Fever Vaccinated applicants are encouraged to apply
• Excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Reliable and an enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude
• Willing to continually learn and improve skills and knowledge
• Able to perform manual labour in a fast paced environment
• Willing to undergo the recruitment process, including a drug and alcohol test, as well as a full medical and functional test
