An excellent opportunity exists to join a leading global manufacturing company in Truganina on a temp to perm basis for an experienced Machine Operatorwithin the plastic industry with a casual hourly rate of $28p/h.
This is an amazing opportunity to join this global leader in thermoforming on their brand new site with state of the art equipment. Working a 12 hour rotating shift resulting in excellent pay and conditions for when you go permanent including 14 days off per month (7 off those in a row) and 5 weeks annual leave.
Reporting and working closely to the Operational Team Leader the machine operator roles will be:
- to focus on quality and productivity
- problem solving
- setting machines
- line maintenance
- product changeovers
- ensuring a zero accident culture
The successful applicants will have:
- previous experience within a plastic or food manufacturing industry - thermoforming exp highly regarded
- worked on a monthly rotating roster including weekends
- excellent attention to detail
- a great work ethic
- the ability to work well within a team
flexibility - a strong mechanical aptitude.
