Maintenance Team Leader
We are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join our Sydney Liquor DC.

About The Role
The Maintenance Team leader is responsible for providing assistance to the Facilities Manager with all repairs, scheduled maintenance, building compliance and legislative requirements to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy warehouse environment.

Ensure all repairs are undertaken is a timely and effective manner to minimise operational downtime and interruption.

Maintain constant communication with the Facilities manager and coordinate the cleaning functions of the DC.

Provide daily contractor management duties and coordinate service requirements .

Dealing with Ambiguity: ability to adapt and excel as a team player and autonomously in a busy warehouse environment with a constant emphasis on safety in an industrialized environment.
In addition:

Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and proficient with using email software.

Commercial building or warehouse experience

Ability to perform autonomously and as part of a team to meet demands of the business

Trade background or similar highly desirable but not essential
