Your new company
Globally known brand in electronics and components with a major local presence is seeking a Procurement Assistance on a temporary basis to provide leave coverage for various staff and support a busy period.
Your new role
As the Procurement Assistant you will be tasked with supporting the purchasing team with maintaining the company's MRP system to ensure adequate stock is held to keep-up with orders.You will be using PRONTO and Office applications in your day-to-day tasks as well as liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and perform other relevant duties ad-hoc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly proactive and operate efficiently to be successful in this role. Your experience using PRONTO will help you hit the ground running as the organisation enters an extremely busy period. The successful candidate will of course be an effective communicator both written and verbal as regular interaction with multiple stakeholders locally and internationally is a key part of this role.
What you'll get in return
Available to the successful candidate is an immediate start in this temporary role working full-time hours with longer term prospects down the track. Plenty of parking on site but also accessible by public transport train and bus.
