The Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor position is an opportunity for an individual to take the next step in furthering their career. This position inherits a large responsibility and it’s up to the Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor to ensure that all expectations, goals and standards are met.
DUTIES
Daily operational responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Supervising the local, interstate and overseas transport of goods
- Supervise the daily inward and outward deliveries
- Supervise and delegate the picking and packing of orders
- Coordinating with the customer service department
- Maintaining high standards of Work Health & Safety
- Supervising, organising and motivating warehouse staff
- Working as the 2IC to the Warehouse Manager
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Positive and out-going attitude
- Certificate IV in Warehousing
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Preferred MR Driver’s License
- Current Forklift License
- Ability to confidently operate Microsoft Office applications
- Physically Fit
- Leadership Ability
- Works Efficiently and Effectively
