Contract - 9 months

Our Client

Australian owned freight forwarder and logistics provider is looking for an experienced import sea operator for a contract role of nine months. Role could become permanent.

The Position

You will control end to end freight processes and provide excellent customer service and your duties will include:

Processing import seafreight documenation
Registering pre-alerts/sending out arrival notices
Arranging local transport
Preparing and issuing invoices
Communicating with customers regarding shipment status

The Requirements

You will confidently display:

Sea freight operations experience
Strong and professional communication skills
Experience working for a freight forwarder
Flexible "can do" attitude
