Star Aviation is currently seeking a Team Leader to work within our Fleet Presentation team at Sydney International Airport.
This role leads and works alongside a team of Fleet Presentation Officers, responsible for the cleaning of aircrafts within strict time frames. You will ensure all designated areas of the aircraft are cleaned to the highest standard after each flight for the next flight's customers to enjoy.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience managing a team
- Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
- Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Able to work well in a fast paced team environment
- Physically fit and able to perform regular lifting duties of up to 30kgs
- Available to work a rotating shift roster
- Safety conscious
- Positive attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A valid provisional or full state or territory drivers license
Highly desirable, but not essential:
- Experience within the Aviation/Airline industry
- Valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
