BTi Logistics is an Australian Owned Freight Forwarding Company based in Ravenhall with 3PL Warehouse facilities. Offering Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Distribution and Customs Brokerage services, BTi are 100% Australian owned and have been established for 30 years.
We currently have availability for a Warehouse Administrator to join our friendly team, based at our brand new facility in Ravenhall.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Administration will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee receipt and dispatch functions within the warehouse
- Liaising with transport companies
- Negotiate rates with new and existing carriers
- Creating customer orders
- Receipting stock into store
- Invoicing
- Approving Creditors invoices for payment
- Data Entry
- Running customer-specific reports
- Undertaking stock checks as required
- Inventory Management and Stock on Hand Reporting
- Ensuring all paper flow is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Various general admin duties
- Assist with hands on warehouse duties when required
- Work closely with other departments within the company
We are looking for a person who has:
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (Ideally Cargowise One) is vital
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
- Forklift license will be advantageous
