My client are a global FMCG business with big plans for growth. They are currently looking for a Commercial Planning Manager to join the business.
Purpose:
Lead the Annual Integrated Business Planning process, making sure that systems, processes, tools and resources are in place to support top down and conduct bottom up planning, integrating input from Customer teams, Category, Marketing, Supply chain and Finance. Drive continuous improvement on Integrated Business Planning.
Improve Trade Investment Management practices and evolve the businesses Australia to Trade Investment Optimization: building winning trade promotion programs that deliver optimal sales and profitability that benefits both the business and customers and meet the collective goals.
Key responsibility areas
- Promotion evaluation & ROI Trade Investment Optimisation
- Lead Integrated Business Planning
- Continuous improvement of Customer Planning (Tool, Process, Approach)
- Business Intelligence & reporting
- Develop Commercial Planning capabilities for the team and organisation
This role will have 2 direct reports and 1 indirect report.
