Our client is a leading manufacturer of professional opto-digital products. They pioneer key technologies in the fields of imaging and voice products, endoscopy, microscopy, bioanalytics and diagnostics.
About the role
There will be some general administration and scanning of documents etc and this role will require Operations/Service SAP module Knowledge.
The successful candidate will be required to the following on transfer station 1:
- Identify and receipt all endoscopes - customer and assets.
- Check all endoscopes for proof of disinfection
- Create Service Notification for assets - loan and demo endoscopes.
- Update customer and repair information into SAP as required
- Create service Orders for customers repairs and assets - loan and demo endoscopes
- Update system repair status to accurately reflect customer and asset repairs received for service assessments
- Transfer endoscopes from transport case to blue box and label
Transfer station 2 requires:
- Transfer endoscopes from blue boxes to transport cases after repair assessment
- Process logistics movements and physically transfer of assets (no fault found) from blue boxes to transport cases after repair assessment
- Process logistics movements and physically transfer of customer and assets from blue boxes to transport cases after repair completion
- Process logistics movements and physically transfer of scheduled repairs from transport case to blue box.
Benefits and perks
Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00pm
The role will be ongoing temp for possible 1-3 months.
