We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced workshop Supervisor to join a leading Semi Trailer supplier, working out of the newly built premises in Cranbourne.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the process of manufacturing and distribution of Transportation Equipment, who is able to lead a team and increase productivity within a workshop environment. You will be responsible for motivating your staff and ensuring all work is completed to the company’s high standards, budgets and documented correctly.

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation, leadership and time management skills
- Extensive knowledge and within the Semi-Trailer or related industry
- Exceptional attention to detail
- You must be computer literate
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and sound knowledge of current WH&S practices and standards
