Position Overview
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will work closely with the ANZ HSSE team, Site Leadership team, and operations team to coach and drive the safety culture to create a ‘Zero Harm’ mindset and deliver against agreed targets within the ANZ Health Safety Security and Environment Strategy Plan.
Position Accountability Summary
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will work closely with the ANZ HSSE team, Site Leadership team, and operations team to coach and drive the safety culture to create a ‘Zero Harm’ mindset and deliver against agreed targets within the ANZ Health Safety Security and Environment Strategy Plan.
In this role your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing coaching and support for all Site HSSE initiatives to achieve the delivery of behavioural based HSSE
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance (internal policies and continuous improvement of HSSE systems)
- Identify training needs and where required organise and deliver training
- Support and improve processes and procedures relating to injury management
- Identify and implement corrective actions arising from any HSSE Incidents or near misses
Skills/Experience
To set you up for success you will be degree qualified and have significant experience in the development and implementation of Incident Management Systems and a sound understanding of the manufacturing environment – preferably FMCG or similar. Demonstrated exceptional influencing skills and ability to work with all levels. Proven knowledge of EHS legislation and change management processes. Additionally you will be action oriented, have proven decision making, problem solving and process management skills. Exposure to and knowledge of lean manufacturing / TPM processes is essential.
