The Client
Our client is an exciting success story in the Adelaide food industry. Starting in 2005 they have now expanded into a business supplying premium quality yoghurt on a national level.
With a rigorous focus on quality they only use the finest ingredients and fresh milk, sourced from Australian dairy farms.
Due to increasing demand for their product they are looking for a committed worker to join their team.
The Job
You will be forming an integral part of their production and clean-in-place (CIP) team. As such we are looking for someone with previous experience in the food production industry. Key responsibilities:
- Conduct CIP of yoghurt making equipment
- Complete relevant HACCP documentation
- When required, conduct production staff training in the cleaning process
- Liaise with other CIP & Sanitation staff when required
- Initiate continual improvement for the CIP process
- Maintain equipment as per the maintenance schedule
- Be willing to learn (or have prior experience) in packing/filling equipment
For your application to stand out from the crowd we are looking for:
- Experience in food processing is necessary
- Machine operation experience
- Ability to perform manual & repetitive tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Forklift licence required
- Ability to pass a medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
