Verosol manufactures a range of products including: Pleated Blinds, Roller Blinds, Roman Blinds, Panel Glides, External Roller blinds and Shutters. Verosol provide a variety of motorised solutions across our product offering including integration with home automation and commercial building management systems.
Verosol are seeking a Despatch Assistant. This role involves material handling, packaging and logistics organisation forming part of the Despatch team.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills with experience logistics and warehousing. A thorough understanding of transport and packaging products is preferred alongside good computer skills. An organised individual that offers an open minded approach to working in both despatch and manufacturing work centres.
Key Requirements of the Role
- Operate forklift on-site for movement of stock and loading of transport
- Package finished product in preparation for shipments
- Manage bookings with logistics/freight companies
- Participate in stock management activities including cycle counting
- Join daily manufacturing team requirements where required
