Due to rapid growth we are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse/Customer Service Manager for our warehouse in Clayton, Victoria. This is a full time role with an immediate start.
Responsibilities include:
- Order picking & packing panels and hardware
- Placing orders and Liaising with suppliers
- Stock control: receipting inwards goods, stock unloading, stock checks & ensuring stock system is up to date
- Scheduling/managing cabinet assemblers
- Dispatch coordination of outgoing customer orders
- Customer service enquiries
- Warehouse maintenance and OHS
- Support sales team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Career Path

- Advanced Sales and Customer Service
Skills and experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good time management skills, "Hands on" with the ability to work under pressure and working to deadlines
- Proactive self - starter with initiative to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Physically fit
- Current Fork Lift License
- Current drivers license
