Jolly & Sons Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated Company since 1963. We are industry leaders in Transport & Logistics located in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

We are looking for an experienced PM Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our line haul requirements by:

• Supervising loading/ unloading of trailers, 
• Ensuring all associated paperwork is completed prior to Line Haul departure
• Ensuring that Line Haul fleet leave on time to meet our destination deadlines
• Organising pickups and deliveries for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Having a safety and customer satisfaction focus at all times

Reporting to the General Manager - Operations you will ideally have the following:

• Current HC or MC licence
• Current forklift licence
• Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office applications)
• Effective communication and supervision skills
• Understanding of operational performance information
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Road Transport, Fatigue Management, Chain of Responsibility, Load Restraint & Dangerous Goods requirements
• Highly experienced with time management and organisation of others
• High attention to detail
• Strong customer service ethic
• Previous experience in a similar position

The successful candidates maybe required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening and medical prior to an offer of employment being made.
