Your new company
Our client is a well-respected importer and distribution organisation known as an employer of choice nationally. In line with an extensive growth trajectory they require a permanent Purchasing Support Officer to join their QLD Head Office. This company supplies fun, exciting products and operates in a rapidly growing, popular space. This role supports the Purchasing Manager and manages some overseas suppliers.
Your new role
Joining the Purchasing function you will support the Purchasing Manager. The position will liaise, advise and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders across Purchasing. You will possess great attention to detail and organisation skills and deliver results in a timely, effective manner.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years Purchasing experience and ideally you will have ERP experience and advanced excel skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must, combined with the ability to hit the ground running.
