Lencrow Forklifts is Australia's largest independent forklift supplier delivering materials handling services since 1976. Lencrow provide a comprehensive range of services to suit most handling applications in various industries including forklift sales, forklift hire, spare parts and technical servicing.
Due to exceptional growth in South Australia, we are seeking a self-motivated, organised, and energetic, results focused Hire & Transport Coordinator to join our award winning team. As part of this team you will be responsible for the coordination transport as well as booking various equipment for wet and dry hire.
This position will suit someone who is a proactive self-starter, disciplined with a high degree of organisational ability.
The Role
- You will support the Hire and sales department in maintaining utilisation targets in the casual rental fleet and support of existing rental customers.
- Build effective internal & external stakeholder relationships.
- Build effective relationships with existing & new rental customers.
- Maintain rental paperwork and billing documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain open communication between Workshop, Field Service and Finance departments.
- Liaising with other hire companies
- General administration duties as required.
Mandatory requirements:
- Willingness to learn with a can do attitude.
- Results focused.
- Be able to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Working knowledge of the Adelaide Metropolitan area an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to multi task in a fast paced operational environment.
- Team player who is able to drive customer service by going above and beyond.
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment experience highly regarded.
- The ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and integrity
