Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Controllers

Limoso are seeking to bring on board, an energetic, quick-thinking and positive person with a passion for delivering superb customer service. You will be working with a warm welcoming, friendly team, covering a 24/7 rotating roster over 4 days, 365 days of the year.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The Dispatch Team is responsible for allocating chauffeur drivers to the respective jobs, favouring all aspects of time management, vehicle allocations, efficiency, fatigue management & geographical location. We’re looking for strong performers with:
- a fluent knowledge of SEQ and Northern NSW;
- a fast learning abilities, who can work well with others and easily adapt to shift work;
- multitasking abilities who can work under pressure during busy periods;
- the ability to communicate clearly, articulate information quickly and collaborate effectively with the office team and chauffeur drivers;
- demonstrated peripheral awareness (hearing) and a good focus and attention to pick up anomalies;\
- Highly competent computer literacy and keyboard skills;
- solutions-based thinking – required when a booking is faced with an unexpected event (driver/flight delays, mechanical issues, weather events, road conditions affecting travel, customer tardiness during a tight schedule, no-shows, security and event planning, etc).
Skills and experience
While Limoso strongly encourages everyone to apply, a background in Dispatching/Fleet Control is highly desirable, but not essential. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate great attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and be very organised.
