Fabrication Supervisor
Superior Pak manufacturing in Bundaberg are expanding production lines to fulfil market demands.
We are seeking an experienced energetic leader to inspire and supervise our Frontlift team in fabricating and welding of truck bodies, associated assemblies and components
The key requirements for the role will be:
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve production goals
- Ability to take ownership
- Effective planning
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- An eye for detail
- Ability to fabricate and weld to a high level
- Good communication skills
- Confident decision making
- Ability to act quickly
- Maintaining a positive safety culture
- Proficient with Microsoft office
Suitable applicants will be required to perform and pass a fabrication/weld test and pre-employment medical prior to any employment offer.
