The opportunity
Maxima in conjunction with their client, a multinational distribution and outsourcing company, are seeking an individual to complete a 2 year full-time Warehousing Traineeship in the western suburbs of Adelaide.
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake paid practical experience whilst completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Warehousing over a 2 year period. During this time, you will be working full-time, Monday to Friday with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Ongoing mentoring and support will be provided. Traineeship wages apply.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Pick and pack items
- Stock take and ordering of products
- Processing sales orders and arranging the dispatch
- General warehouse housekeeping
To be successful, you will:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be physically fit
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a minimum Provisional P1s driver's licence (red Ps)
- Some forklift experience (preferred)
