The Role
We have an amazing opportunity for a people orientated Logistics Analytics professional to apply their skills at strategic reporting & analysis. In this role your efforts will drive execution and strategy through insights gained from Tableau & other systems in real time as part of our logistics planning & strategy team. You will be responsible for collaboratively undertaking process improvement (innovation, etc) as our Logistics Tableau Super User, and a key part of our implementation team. You will act as a key liaison between Logistics, IT, and Commercial divisions of Amatil. This role is not your generic Analyst role that will see you sitting in the background – you will be responsible for working with technical stakeholders to design reports for maximum effectiveness from an infrastructure and system point of view.

- Use of good interpersonal skills to influence positive outcomes for the business. Total business approach taken when dealing with stakeholders.
- Experience with Tableau is a key for this role – we’re ideally seeking strong previous experience in Supply Chain systems including SAP, Swisslog, etc.
- Coach/train and facilitate necessary change management initiatives to sustain improvement/step changes in performance and conduct end user capability assessments, as required
- Development of training material requirements, reports requirements, interfaces and data remediation
About You

- Able to apply Operational Excellence/Lean thinking principles
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Demonstrated track record of improvements made in training people, planning processes and systems
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fast paced, highly complex industry sector (FMCG, Retail, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications and Accreditations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred
- Excellent depth of experience in Tableau
- FMCG experience is ideal, but not essential
