Our client based in Port Melbourne, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse / DC manager to join their team.
The business has experienced expediential growth over the last three years and as a result the role of Warehouse / DC Manager has been created.
You as the successful candidate will bring a dynamic approach to your work, with the ability to communicate to the MD accurately, coupled with your ability to communicate and engage supervisors, storeman and key stakeholders.
You will bring with you a level of experience that will help the business grow to the next level, becoming an integral part of the business as you master your role. You will become a strong contributor to the strategy of the business moving forward, with the opportunity to progress into a national role in the coming years. Most importantly you will be happy to do your role in a business that is growing and creating opportunity.
You will ideally come from a 3PL or warehouse background, with strong awareness around the importance of process, safety, best practise and client relationships.
