We are seeking an experienced Procurement leader to join our business. You will drive results and lead the procurement operations team in the effective delivery of all functions including P2P and stakeholder management.  You will be a member of both the regional procurement and local Supply Chain businesses in a senior leadership capacity. 

About the role:

• Participate in Regional Sourcing activities and ensure regional/local execution knowledge and strategic input

• Provide volume/data spend to Regional Category Managers

• Drive KPIs for improvements in P2P key functions

• Manage local indirect spend activities

• Provide key support to foster and grow relationships with internal and external suppliers

• Support Innovation processes in relation to new suppliers, items and changes to volumes.

• Develop tools to help manage supply/demand view. Actively feedback loop between Regional Category Managers and Suppliers.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:

Required:

• BA (MBA preferred)
• Experience in direct materials procurement experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Successful management track record

• Strong detail orientation

• Excels at continuous cost reduction/process improvement

• Good communication skills

• Effective at cross-functional teamwork

• Comfortable with conflict

• Ability to multi-task in a past paced environment

• Experience in SAP and ability to manage entire order payment process
