About the role
The Change Manager will liaise extensively with all areas of the organisation, engaging stakeholders and analysing the impacts of business transformation opportunities to Red Cross people and develop organisational wide change strategies for each of the priority projects. The Change Manager will work with Project Leads to co-direct the overall engagement with each impacted area and its representatives by establishing and enabling a structured implementation process that supports Red Cross people.
Flexibility in hours may be required to meet project deadlines. Travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with internal customers, vendors, third-party contractors, external suppliers or consultants, stakeholders, project meetings or the direction of team members.
What you will bring
• Extensive experience in leading organisational change including project management, planning and implementation and working in programs with significant change
• Highly developed verbal and written communication, customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders including senior Executive level
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Relevant skills and/or experience in Health and Community Services, Social Sciences Training and Development or Adult Learning/Human Resources Development will be highly desirable
• Strong IT skills
