Founded by ex-MBB strategists, this consultancy is looking for a strategy professional with top tier experience, a solid strategic toolkit, and the ambition to facilitate positive change in the community.
The Role
As an Associate in the Melbourne office, you will lead and deliver high value consulting projects with key clients including small and mid-size companies, global Not For Profits, and socially consious private sector organisations. Specific responsibilities include:
- Taking a lead role in engagements and working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, from junior analysts through to Senior Partners;
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and in all areas of client value chain;
- Working with clients and colleagues to design, plan and deliver strategy initiatives;
- Facilitating practice development including recruiting and training more junior staff members, and identifying opportunities for the consulting practice.
Your Profile
Aside from a passion for facilitating positive change, to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tenure in Top Tier consulting firm;
- Knowledge and experience in leading growth strategy initiatives and delivering high value consulting projects;
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with clients at all levels, as you will be liaising with senior stakeholders from day 1;
- Drive and determination to lead others, developing a thriving consulting practice with an aggressive growth agenda;
- A natural ability to be flexible, adaptable, and reactive;
- Exceptional client focus and skills in stakeholder engagement; and
- Current Australian working rights/visa.
