Employer of choice based in Parramatta is seeking a Change Partner. You will lead and manage the Group's change plan ensuring it aligns to the overall organisation goals and objectives.
Some of the key aspects of the role:
- Ensure a co-ordinated and consistent change management approach across the Group's change program by ensuring the Change Management Framework is applied across the Group's business change programs to create and implement actionable change management deliverables including: stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, risk assessments, readiness assessments, training plans, resistance management plans etc.
- Regularly evaluate risks and develop solutions to address risks through appropriate interventions by General Manager, leaders, project team or sponsors. Escalate these risks as required to the Change Management Office to be considered in relation to organisational change risks
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Group's business change plans and interventions and implement changes to the approach to ensure that key milestones of those programs are being achieved. This includes ensuring the programs are establishing and implementing metrics to measure the business readiness and sustainability of the change to ensure the realisation of benefits from the change
- Provide change coaching and support to Group leaders to influence and grow the change leadership capability, in particular:
- partner with Group's General Manager and senior leaders to grow change sponsor and change maker capability
- support front-line managers to effectively lead their employees through the transition
- Support managers to fully understand the impacts of Group's business change program on their teams and develop solutions to effectively manage the risks of these changes for the Group and ensure change is embedded and sustained. This includes coaching and training managers in the change management framework and change management tools and templates
- Monitor and oversee the impacts and volume of change within the Group to assess risk and identify mitigations. Work with the Manager Change Practice to validate change impact information for reporting to executives
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the key stakeholders across the business
- Actively contribute to the CMO practitioners group and report to CMO on status of change on a monthly basis.
This is an 12 month fixed term contract and will pay up to approximately $185K, for the right candidate. The role will be based in Parramatta with some travel to other Sydney based locations.
This opportunity may be suitable to candidates that have had oversight of various change projects or a change portfolio.
