As the Senior Project and Change Manager you will be responsible for leading and driving risk culture insights and reporting capabilities. You will drive program quality outcomes by implementing an overarching project managment operating model within a high profile area.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Enhancing risk culture insights and reporting
- Defining a project operating model
- Manage costs and resources for the program
- Stakeholder management
- Behavioural change management
- Optimise scope definition of the change and drive robust insights
You MUST have;
- 5-10 years project management experience
- 10 years in human resources, regulatory or compliance
- Cultural change program knowledge
- Data analytics exposure and understanding
- Operational risk knowledge
- Experience working on large, complex programs
