TTEC Digital is growing and we are currently seeking a talented Delivery Consultant (Facilitator)to join our Learning and Performance team based in our Sydney office.

Connect with us if you have a solid foundation in the traditional disciplines of solution design, classroom training, facilitation and coaching, as well as a keen interest and/or experience in evolving methodologies such as blended learning technology, digital learning, gamification and personalised learner journeys.

We will need you to:

• Demonstrate a strong appetite for learning, and a relentless drive for continuous improvement (e.g. you consider feedback to be "the breakfast of champions").
• Live life passionately and reach for "amazing" – both in the training room, online and with internal stakeholders
• Take responsibility for the successful delivery and facilitation of our learning solutions.
• Keep abreast of market trends to ensure the programs and solutions you deliver are consistently relevant, client-specific, and insightful.
• Proactively communicate and leverage insights you have gained from client work enabling our business development consultants to broaden and deepen the relationship
• Develop "Trusted Advisor" relationships with clients in conjunction with our business development consultants.  
• Actively participate in meetings with the team; collaborate and innovate.
• Travel to client sites in Australia and occasionally overseas

What skills you will need:

• Qualifications that support your passion for learning
• Broad experience in training, coaching & facilitating skillset and/or mindset intellectual property
• Corporate training and development experience gained from within a Blue-Chip organisation, sales and service industry, FMCG, retail or customer facing environment
• A personal alignment to our business goals and ethics
• A natural affinity with people
• Minimum of 5 years in a professional role
• Ability to influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
• Exceptional communication, presentation & influencing skills   
• Passion for Customer and Employee Experience
• NLP Certification considered a benefit
