Junior Change Manager Job, 12 month contract, Surry Hills, $450 + super per day.
Your new company
This federal agency is seeking a Sydney based Change Manager to work across process and behavioural change projects. You will work with the national team and drive initiatives in Sydney.
Your new role
In this role your responsibilities will include;
- Deliver change management activities across multiple
- Apply structured methodology to support change activities
- High level change impact assessments and business readiness assessments
- Assist with the stakeholder matrix and engagement schedule
- Contribute to and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Support communication efforts, including design and delivery on communications
- Support training efforts
- Develop and access post go-live support to sustain and embed change
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Strong experience in Change Management, methodologies and tools
- Proven experience identifying gaps in the implementation of change and develop strategies to identify course of action.
- Tertiary level qualification within a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering change impact assessments across multiple change programs
- Deep dive analytical skills
- Expert ability to prepare and present data and research outcomes orientated to the target audience
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders
- The capability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- A background working in higher education is ideal
