2 Senior Change Managers required for 6 month contracts to work on live programs within the Risk and Compliance. The Snr Change Managers will be responsible for conducting a Stakeholder Analysis, and a Change Impact Assessment, as well as coaching and mentoring of Product Owners to elicit what change is required on a complex program of work.
The successful candidates will be experienced organisational change professionals ideally with experience across similar programs within Risk managing multiple stakeholders and working with tight timeframes.
Required experience:
- Minimum five years senior OCM experience
- Banking and Financial Services industry experience
- Exposure to Credit or Data related projects would be advantageous
- Experience working on regulatory (APRA) related projects
- Experience working in Risk Management
They are ideally looking for candidates that can start within 2 weeks however may be flexible for the relevant skillset. The rate is $1080 ABN per day and are 6mth rolling contracts based in the heart of the CBD near Darling Harbour.
